Part Time or Per Diem- 10-20 hours per week


The Nurse Practitioner will be available to meet the medical assessment and treatment needs of each resident according to the Part 820 Regulations.

Responsibilities

+ Functions independently to perform history and physical examinations for program residents.

+ Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to resident’s needs.

+ Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities.

+ Implements interventions to support the patient to regain or maintain physiologic stability, including psychiatric stability if so certified to do so.
