Nurse Practitioner – 0.5 EFT, Permanent Position

Site: NorWest Co-op Community Health (Access NorWest). Department: Walk-In Connected Care. Responsible To: Director of Primary Care. Salary: As per MNU Collective Agreement. Union: MNU-WCHREO. Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner will function within an interdisciplinary primary health care team as a first-line provider of episodic care within our Walk-In Connected Care Clinic, as well as prevention and promotion to clients living in the Inkster/Seven Oaks Community and beyond.
