Care provided within school and family home located in Petersfield. The boy has recently been diagnosed with type one diabetes and requires professional support throughout the school day and support at home. This full time position is structured over 3 weekdays - full days 8:15am until 5:30pm Every Saturday full day (8-12 hours shifts) One Saturday overnight a month Two waking nights per a month You will support his medical condition, recording the days activities/ food intake, checking sugar levels, ensuring his wellbeing throughout the school day and offering medical support should a hypo occur.
