The Senior / Nurse Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all nursing activities in the assigned polyclinic. You will be responsible for upholding professional standards and ensuring staff compliance with Infection Control Practices. You will conduct staff performance appraisals, oversee the professional development of the nurses, and exercise control over the utilization of resources. You will resolve public relations issues and provide service recovery when indicated. You will collaborate with departments and community partners to facilitate the delivery of care.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Nursing with post-graduate qualifications and relevant work experience
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to develop and coach staff and lead in continuous improvement
4. Possess effective leadership and people management skills
