Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to support a 130-bed, short-term, acute care hospital providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. PIW offers inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs, including specialized treatment for chemical dependency.

Responsibilities Include:
 • Directs the activities of the nursing staff members, including scheduling the daily nursing tasks for the department and providing guidance on operational procedures and patient care.
 • Provides direct patient care, following the nursing process and holistic conceptual framework in the development of nursing care plans.
