The Nurse Manager–Oncology provides daily clinical and operational leadership for the Medical Oncology ambulatory practice and the Radiation Oncology practice. This role is responsible for ensuring high ‑ quality, evidence ‑ based patient care; efficient patient flow; regulatory compliance; and a safe, patient ‑ centered environment. The Nurse Manager collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, administrative leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to support excellence in oncology care delivery.

The Nurse Manager oversees clinical operations, planning, coordination, staffing, and supervision of resources necessary to support effective and efficient patient care and safety in accordance with departmental standards of practice.
