Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities

+ Develops, maintains and implements nursing policies and procedures that conform to current standards of nursing practice, organizational philosophy and operational policies, while maintaining compliance with State, Federal and other applicable laws and regulations.

+ Ensures that all new hires and existing staff receive appropriate training and/or retraining on the Electronic Health Record and other applications as required by the organization.

+ Oversees and supervises day-to-day operations of nurses (RNs and LPNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) through direct oversight of Registered Nurse(s) and Charge LPNs for all Premier locations, ensuring compliant and quality service delivery.
