Summary:
At CSG, as a Part Time (20 hrs./wk.) Nurse, you will work in the care and treatment of individuals with a mental health (MH) diagnosis or an intellectual and developmental disability (IDD), which may include physical health issues/injuries and difficulty meeting their daily living activities while participating in services. The Nurse reports directly to the Program Director or designee.
Our IDD Community Home Services offer support, including for complex medical needs, allowing residents to live in the community. Staff provide individualized support and supervision so each person can safely grow their life and pursue goals from home. We collaborate with residents, families, and other providers to identify meaningful goals and support their achievement.
