We are looking for a Nurse Educator to join our team and lead the educational activities for our current nurses and academic nursing program for our current and future nursing students. Responsibilities include teaching nursing students/ nurses, reviewing educational material, and documenting the progress of students/ nurses throughout the year.
Responsibilities Align nursing education with organisational and national policies. Analyse and report training utilisation rate, evaluation and assessment outcome. Collaborate with Chief Nurse in the planning of staff development activities and continuing education in the unit. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to assess and evaluate training effectiveness of professional development programmes.
