Hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director Emergency Departments! Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation!

• Over 5 sites:
• Main ER has 42 beds; sees 180 a day
• Surgical hospital ER – see 3 patients a week
• 4 FSEDs
• The FSEDs has two managers that oversee them.
• Level 4 trauma
• 100 FTEs
• Strong medical director partnership
• Previous director was promoted to ACNO.
• Will need strong, current ED director experience Metrics/accomplishments must appear on resume

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• 3+ years applicable experience Required
• 5+ years applicable experience Preferred
