The primary role of the Advanced Services Coordinator is to manage and support the chart audit process in partnership with Engage, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Key responsibilities include coordinating audit workflows, resolving discrepancies, facilitating communication between internal teams and supporting continuous improvements in documentation quality. The Advanced Services Coordinator should approach each task with attention to detail, accountability, and collaboration.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Collaborate with our partners to coordinate timely and accurate chart audits.
2. Review audit results and partner with providers and staff to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for audit-related communication and feedback.
4. Ensure audit findings and required actions are clearly communicated to the appropriate clinical and
administrative staff.
