Providing virtual nursing assessments through the Collaborative Care model; these include nursing recommendations and interventions.
Assisting with the program development, implementation and delivery of Health Services. This includes assessing and referring, health teaching, policy implementation, recruitment of practitioners, and client follow up.
Supporting the Nursing team as the program expands and evolves, assisting with the creation of process flows, forms, and service standards.
Assisting with specialized training for the practitioners providing care within these programs and supporting those clinicians in the expectations surrounding treatment and reporting.
