Why this role is important?

We are looking for a Nurse to assess and provide vaccination services, manage chronic disease care, and support the pharmacy team in developing nursing offerings.

What You’ll Do

• Take blood samples.
• Assess vaccination status and health status to offer indicated vaccines such as influenza, COVID, pneumococcus, and herpes zoster or based on travel destination.
• Offer services related to hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and anticoagulant therapy.
• Provide instruction on the use of blood glucose or blood pressure devices.
• Welcome patients in a professional and caring manner.
• Work with the pharmacy team to develop the nursing service offering.
