Summary The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for 2 Assistant Nurse Managers. The ANMs will function in Community Outpatient Service (COPS); at the Akron CBOC, 1 in Primary, 1 in Specialty Care. The ANM functions as a clinical expert, responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process, providing or supervising direct patient care. Influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team and creating innovative process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Supports the Nurse Manager (NM) with supervisory duties and responsibility and accountability for the 24/7 operation of their designated units.
