Responsibilities

• Provide wound assessments and tailored care planning
• Act as a clinical mentor to enhance team collaboration
• Facilitate client and family education for informed health choices
• Deliver care in home settings or clients' chosen environments
• Enhance community health through practical nursing approaches

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ontario
• Completion of NSWOCC or similar specialized program
• Preferred three years in wound-focused community or acute care
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement
• Robust observational skills for clinical assessments
