**Detailed Description**

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

+ Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing NPI projects within established professional standards, established policy, and/or established objectives.
+ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
+ Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Delegate project tasks to project team member; coordination & documentation.
+ Track project performance accordingly to the respective phase gates, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
+ Understand technical risk and able to push technical envelope whenever possible to design packaging solution that is processable, optimizing quality vs cost and cycle time.
