Key Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from initial concept and design through to full production hand-over, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality specifications.
• Work closely with design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and material teams to ensure smooth and efficient product launches.
• Conduct Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly reviews to ensure the product can be efficiently and cost-effectively produced.
