Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a NPI Project Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area. Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including build-to-print and customised components.
Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities by assisting in preparing accurate and competitive quotations.
Translate project requirements into structured tasks for internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.
Coordinate closely with Sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of project matters.
Track project progress and first-article status, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies or issues and recommend corrective actions.
