The Product Support organization's group develops, designs, and implements a comprehensive product serviceability strategy. Functions as the central service resource with design, installation, service documentation, product training, and continuous improvement for the product lifetime.
Responsible for NPI, Sustaining, Cost of Service (COS), and Continuous Improvement Project, KLA services products in support of KLA inspection systems. Develop proactive strategies to support product ramp plans for new sites. Ensure the product meets entitled performance specs in the following areas: semi-standard performance metrics, COS, Availability, measurement issues (precision, stability, matching), field readiness (CSE skill, parts stocking, tooling).
