Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a NPI Engineering Manager. This position requires you to be **ONSITE for the first 6 months** or so then HYBRID with 3 days in the office Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at our Sumter SC Eaton location Sponsorship within the USA Country will be provided along with Relocation assistance, if needed.

Our NPI Engineering Manager will provide engineering leadership and direct the new product innovation activities for the Panelboard & Switchboard (P&S) product line. This individual will supervise direct reports, provide technical direction, drive NPI activities, plan project schedules, coordinate project resources and testing, maintain project metrics, track project budgets, and implement/maintain rigor around project documentation.
