What will I be doing

The New Part Introduction (NPI) Engineer will be instrumental in the transition of new and modified products from design through to production, industrialisation of design changes for existing products, ensuring robust configuration control, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to facilitate seamless product introductions and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Industrialization of Design Changes
   • Evaluate and implement design changes for existing products to improve manufacturability and performance.
   • Develop and document manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality assurance protocols for design changes.
   • Coordinate cross‑departmental input to ensure changes meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
