What you'll be doing:
+ Own end-to-end execution of NPI (New Product Introduction) manufacturing plans to meet customer demand and delivery commitments
+ Issue and manage production work orders with OSAT suppliers (hands-on SAP)
+ Closely monitor and drive supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Finance, Logistics, R&D, and Engineering teams
