About the Role

We are looking for a strong techno-managerial leader to build and lead the Electronics NPD capability for a fast-growing appliance manufacturing organization. The role will be responsible for developing in-house electronics engineering capability across new product development, circuit design, component engineering, troubleshooting, validation, and product industrialization.

The ideal candidate should possess deep hands-on expertise in electronics hardware development along with strong exposure to appliance/consumer electronics product development environments.

This role will play a critical part in reducing external design dependency and building scalable electronics platforms for future product lines.
