Inpatient Palliative Care and Hospice Nurse Practitioner

Named by The Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for the last four years, our community-based, mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization seeks an experienced and compassionate nurse practitioner to join our dynamic team in a full-time role. The Inpatient Palliative Care and Hospice Nurse Practitioner will join our expanding interdisciplinary palliative care service in an acute care setting to provide palliative care consultations and hospice admissions/discharges. This role is based at BMC Brighton.



Job Responsibilities :


+ Provide recommendations about symptom management and facilitate goals of care conversations for seriously ill patients in medical, surgical, and ICU settings
