In this position, you will call private individuals, ask simple questions, and provide basic support in a clear and professional manner. No degree is required—this opportunity is open to anyone with strong Polish language skills and good communication. You should be comfortable speaking on the phone, able to work independently, and have a computer, headset, stable internet, and a quiet workspace. Basic English is required for communication.
