• Contract: 38.5h/week, rotational shifts (09:00 – 20:00).

Your Role

As a Customer Specialist, you are the heartbeat of the travel experience. You will:

• Support Norwegian‑speaking travelers and accommodation partners via phone and email.
• Solve inquiries regarding bookings, payments, and special requests.
• Mediate between guests and hosts to ensure a 5‑star experience.
• Maintain a high level of service while navigating internal CRM tools.
