Become a Care Associate on our Care Ministries Team for a Maternity Leave cover beginning July/August 2026. Lead pre-marriage ministry through counseling and teaching enriching life courses.
In this role, the Care Associate will oversee the pre-marriage ministry at Northview, facilitating Biblical counseling and care triage while engaging with participants in various life courses. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience in pre-marital counseling or pastoral work to effectively support our ministry goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the pre-marriage ministry activities
• Deliver Biblical counseling and care triage services
• Conduct life courses aimed at personal and couple development
• Facilitate marriage enrichment initiatives
• Work closely with the Care Ministries Team for better outreach
