Technical Service Manager

Our client, an established specialist in innovative food display and gastronomic equipment, is looking for a hands‑on, solutions‑driven Technical Service Manager to build and lead their national service and installation infrastructure from the ground up.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop a national network of skilled installers and technical service partners. Train partners and staff on proper installation and service standards. Establish service processes, documentation, and escalation workflows. Track service performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. Represent technical services in client meetings and negotiations.

Required qualifications and experience:

Strong technical background in food service equipment, refrigeration, kitchen systems, or similar. Experience managing spare parts and service inventory.
