Nordic area HR Generalist to join its office in Helsinki within the Global Human Resources Division.
Mission
The HR Generalist will support the overall operations of the Human Resources, including full cycle recruiting, training, employee relations, employee engagement, administration of benefits, HRIS administration, and a wide range of HR generalist duties as needed.
Key Accountabilities
Employee Engagement & Recognition Programs
- Drive and monitor the success of employee engagement and recognition programs to foster a high level of employee morale.
HRIS and Data Management
- Perform HRIS data entry and utilize HRIS and other systems to ensure accurate data maintenance, approval of changes, and efficient processing in a timely manner.
