Our client is seeking a Director who serves as the senior leader of their nonprofit organization, responsible for leading the organization’s vision, strategy, and impact. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and Board of Directors, the Director oversees staff, ensures operational and financial excellence, and advances programs aligned with the in-house foundation’s mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Direction

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the foundation, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and values.
• Develop and implement the foundation’s long-term strategy, programs, and initiatives.
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to establish goals, objectives, and metrics for success.
• Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering a positive organizational culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
