Position Overview
I have just spun up a fresh Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud org and now need to configure the Program Management Module specifically for Service Delivery. The priorities are:
- Client Intake & Assessment – build or refine the intake object, screen flows, and page layouts so staff can capture demographics, eligibility, and initial needs in as few clicks as possible.
- Service Tracking & Follow-up – design service delivery records, automate task reminders, and surface dashboards that show who received which service, when, and what’s scheduled next.
- Outcome Reporting – craft custom report types and a starter Tableau CRM (or standard dashboard) that ties services back to client outcomes for board-level metrics.
