Job Description Job Description The Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) Engineer will support the space program located in Houston, TX. This position serves as a senior-level nondestructive evaluation (NDE) and materials engineer. The Engineer will specialize in some of the NDE methods, such as x-ray inspection, ultrasonic testing, and eddy current testing including development, qualification of NDE procedures, and personnel qualification and certification. Work under this position supports multiple programs, including Commercial Crew Program (CCP). RESPONSIBILITIES: Review of NDE procedures, NDE inspection reports, and NDE systems. Analysis and resolution of NDE issues and completing actions towards resolution. Preparing and presenting reports on the NDE work activity in various program meetings.
