Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Chat with potential customers and close sales through messaging platforms.
- Recommend products and assist customers with placing orders.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records using tools like Pancake and POS.
- Hit daily/weekly sales goals and KPIs (conversion rate, response time, customer satisfaction).
- Provide a smooth and professional customer experience, with upselling follow-ups when needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication and sharp attention to detail.
- At least 50 WPM typing speed.
- Experience in online sales or customer support.
- Confident in closing sales via chat.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Goal-oriented and familiar with CRM systems.
- Preferred: 18 to 30 years old
