**Job Summary:**

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and other written communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of concerns while maintaining high-quality service standards.
**Qualifications:**
* College graduate, associate graduate, or vocational graduate (any 2-year course)
* At least 6 months of customer-facing experience (BPO or non-BPO)
* Strong written communication skills in English
* Good comprehension and problem-solving abilities
* Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with online tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, shifting schedule environment (including night shift)
