Position Overview
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Non Originating Branch Manager to be responsible for supervising their own branch and business development. Candidates should have experience directly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Area Manager, the job responsibilities of the Non Originating Branch Manager position include, but are not limited, to the following:
Establish and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, builders and developers and make sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business. Recruit and hire MLOs for the branch and motivate staff to achieve maximum production levels. Act as a resource for branch staff Train and oversee the branch staff relative to proper techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through.
