Texas Health Action (THA) is a community-informed non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to culturally affirming, quality health services in a safe and supportive environment, with an expertise in serving LGBTQIA+ people and those impacted by HIV. The Non-Medical Case Manager (NMCM) will work closely with Ryan White clients receiving sexual health services to coordinate a range of client-centered services linking them to healthcare, psychosocial services, and support, and/or other services as needed. The NMCM focuses on improving access to and retention in needed core medical and support services. The NMCM also provides coordination, guidance, and assistance in accessing medical, social, community, legal, financial, employment, vocational, and/or other needed services.
