Job Description

At ING Spain, we are looking for a Non‑Financial Risk Specialist to join the Non‑Financial Risk Team. The role reports to the Head of NFR and supports the transformation of the bank into a digital, end‑to‑end straight‑through processing organization. The Non‑Financial Risk function uses sound risk‑management principles to ensure operational risks remain within the bank’s appetite and to maintain a control environment at an acceptable level.

The NFR team oversees the global NFR policies and best‑practice implementation, advises and challenges risk‑control owners, monitors and reports on ING Spain’s adherence to the NFR risk appetite, and produces quarterly non‑financial risk dashboards.
