Communicate SLT CIC is a not‑for‑profit organisation, providing flexible and tailored Speech and Language Therapy related services which invest in the diverse communities we serve. Our experienced and dedicated team support individuals directly and through others, using high‑quality, evidence‑based approaches to maximise impact where they live and learn.

The organisation began in 2011 and since then has grown in:

· Employees - in April 2025 we have 50 employees and many consultants who support short term projects

· Reach - in , our services impacted 18,818 children and families

In 2025 we made the decision to revise our customer base to better reflect our values. We are therefore expecting a large reduction in our organisational size and income in . Our aim is to reassess the strategic landscape and build back stronger.
