This position is crucial for the success of Nestlé Professional, focusing on achieving revenue and profit targets through the leadership of a sales team that attracts and retains large non- commercial corporate customers. The national account sales team develops strategic customer relationships to manage complex contracts. The Team Lead oversees the creation of comprehensive strategies and Customer Business Plans to generate new and existing pipeline opportunities. Collaboration across functions is essential, and the Team Lead is also responsible for managing distributor relationships, field sales coordination, and forecasting, including potential new product development.
