Job Description
A telecommunications client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a NOC Specialist to join their growing team. This individual will support a population of users consisting of customer service representatives, and corporate support associates with any and all hardware, software, or networking related issues. This is a 6 month contract to hire, that is expected to be 100% onsite. There will be some night coverage as well as weekend coverage, so this candidate needs to be willing and able to do so.
Core Responsibilities:
ο· Troubleshoot and resolve IT Issues reported via Helpdesk, chat, phone, Voicemail, and
email.
ο· Provide onsite and remote Software, Hardware, and networking support.
ο· Account Password resets, unlocks.
ο· VPN account management and troubleshooting.
ο· Call center software troubleshooting.
ο· Assist with new user onboarding and equipment deployment
