As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our network operations.

Qualifications and preferred skills:

• With 3-5 years' experience in Network Operations Center
• Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019
• Active Directory & Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
• Microsoft Exchange & SQL Server
• VMware vSphere knowledge
• Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet, Watchguard, and SonicWall
• Professional services automation (PSA) software experience
• Backup technologies & security best practices
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (not required but good to have)
• Network+ | Security+ | Microsoft Fundamentals (preferred)
