Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure and application health using SolarWinds, PRTG, eG Innovations, and Cisco AppDynamics.
- Perform L1-level incident detection, logging, and initial diagnostics.
- Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations in monitoring tools to improve operational insights.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Participate in 24/7 shift rotations, including nights and weekends.
- Train and mentor existing L1 resources to improve their technical capabilities and understanding of monitoring tools.
- Take initiative in learning new technologies and contributing to process enhancements.
- Escalate issues to relevant vendors/service providers.
