Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent). Hands-on experience with deployment tools and cloud automation. Proficiency in SSL certificate management and vendor coordination. Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell, KQL etc.). Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Site24*7, Manage Engine, CloudWatch, or similar). Ability to analyze incidents, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
