A mortgage company is looking for a Licensing Specialist to join their team!

This role is responsible for coordinating the onboarding of Loan Officers and guiding them through the NMLS license transfer process with clarity, responsiveness, and attention to detail. The position supports the acquisition of new branch licenses across all 50 states by navigating the NMLS system and validating licensing status to ensure full compliance, including determining eligibility for loan origination activities within Cornerstone. The individual will maintain a strong understanding of NMLS licensing requirements and mortgage compliance standards while facilitating cross-functional communication between onboarding, licensing, and production teams to ensure alignment.
