Position Overview
<p>Registered Nurse I (RN I) is a compassionate, licensed professional who delivers safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care through the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will coordinate individualized patient education, guide and supervise ancillary team members, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and consistently uphold professional nursing standards. All practice must align with the New Mexico Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, procedures, and current evidence-based guidelines.
