Position Overview
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including floor layout, lighting, sound systems, and VIP services. Ensure the venue opens and closes securely. Financial & Inventory Control:
Manage budgets, track daily sales and P&L (profit and loss), and oversee cash handling. Manage bar inventory, bottle programs, and supply procurement. Staff Leadership:
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise floor staff, bartenders, waitstaff, and security personnel. Guest Relations & VIP Services:
Drive membership acquisition and manage relationships with VIPs, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals. Handle customer feedback and mediate conflicts. Marketing & Events:
Develop strategies to promote themed nights, special events, and brand positioning. Collaborate with DJs, promoters, and marketing teams to drive crowd growth. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure the venue complies with local liquor licensing, safety codes, and health regulations
