We are looking for a Wellsite Supervisor to take the lead on our field operations. In this role, you are the face of the company on-site and the main point of contact for the customer. You’ll be responsible for coordinating everything, from drilling and completions to workover operations, ensuring the well program is followed to the letter while keeping safety, budget, and timing front and center.

You’ll report directly to the Field Superintendent, but on the rig, you are the decision‑maker. It’s a position that requires a balance of technical expertise, logistical planning, and strong people management.

Serve as the primary HSE authority on‑site. You aren’t just checking boxes; you’re building a culture where everyone stays safe and knows the emergency protocols inside and out.
