Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to support a large-scale hyperscale data center construction project in El Paso, TX. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring site safety compliance, enforcing safety procedures, and proactively supporting a high-risk, fast-paced construction environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong BCSP credentials and hands-on experience managing safety on hyperscale data center or similar large industrial build projects.

Key Responsibilities
 • Enforce and maintain site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures
 • Lead and support safety practices, hazard identification, and risk mitigation
 • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and field observations during night operations
 • Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
