Key Responsibilities:
Lead the night operation maintaining the highest standards of service and security.
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring prompt and professional service in reception, switchboard, porterage, and food & beverage services.
Oversee night cleaning operations and maintain public areas to the required standard.
Ensure compliance with fire, safety, hygiene, and security regulations.
Conduct revenue checks and ensure accurate financial handovers to the accounts and reception teams.
Support and mentor the night team, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
