Position Overview
The night kitchen porter is responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleaning, sanitation and cost of operations consistent within the Food and Beverage goals and objectives
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs duties in line with the Back of House departmental “Standard Operating Procedures” and complies with all Back of House and relevant hotel policies and procedures.
- Follow the company’s code of conduct this includes the following company policies
- Complies with and applies all Human Resource procedures and policies in the Management of team members
- Ensures that all Goodwood SOP’s are adhered to at all times
- To have a knowledge of how a kitchen operate
